Repeat Prescriptions

Prescriptions will be ready to collect from the practice in 2 working days and 4 working days if collecting directly from a chemist. Repeat prescriptions may be requested:

• Online
• In writing – via post
• By Telephone – Prescription ordering line,  03004 211 215 (Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, and calls are charged at standard rate)

Prescriptions for medications taken regularly may be obtained without seeing the doctor, if this has been agreed. The printed slip attached to the prescription is provided to assist both you and us when it is time to re-order the repeat medication.

Please do not order your medication until you have no more than a 10 day supply left. Requests for early medication will be queried.
